I was introduced to Wayne Griffiths from Raffino in late 2009 through the Jobs Assist program offered by the Queensland Government.
In the wake of the Global Financial Crisis, our business was in tatters. Several key staff had left, losses were mounting and the very survival of our 26 year old business was in question.
Wayne worked with us first to get a handle on where we were and to help us identify the things we needed to do to be successful. He completed this work over a month and provided us with a blueprint for getting the business back on track.
In March 2010, he began working with us again to implement these changes with monthly meetings over a period of 6 months. This was the second stage of the Job’s Assist program. We reworked our company financials and got a firm handle on our Critical Success Factors.

The results… From substantial losses a year and a half ago, our business staged a $470,000 turnaround in Financial Year 2010-2011 to achieve a solid profit. In Financial Year 2011-2012, we expect to build on those profits with a record net profit result.
