Director Profile

Raffino was established in 2004 by Wayne Griffiths after a 15 year career in business development, sales and marketing with ICI (now Orica) and DuPont.

The motivation for Raffino grew from the founders’ experience in business development and a realisation that this experience could be utilised to assist business owners to build their ideal business.

Originally trading as WRG Business Management, Raffino changed its name in 2007 to reflect its vision of becoming the most sought after business advisory firm in south east Queensland. Through the provision of highly valued quality solutions Raffino assists its clients to refine the performance of their business. Raffino means ‘to refine’.

The company has based its growth on delivering new standards of client service and support in every aspect of what it does. This dedication to professional excellence has led to Raffino working with clients across a range of industries:
